30 before 30

Instead of doing New Year’s Resolutions this upcoming year, I’ve decided to write a list of 30 things I want to do before I turn 30. The great thing about a list like this is that you feel you have time to accomplish things and don’t feel like a complete failure if you don’t get something done right away.

Initially I was going to do a 101 in 1001 list, but the idea of writing a list of 101 things I want to do in 1001 days seemed way too daunting….so I was happy when I discovered 30 before 30 instead!

1. Go to California again (for at least 2 weeks)

2. Go to Bonnaroo

3. Learn how to cook at least 15 meals without recipes

4. Learn how to bake my mom’s pumpkin bread, banana bread (February 26, 2012) and zucchini bread

5. Make chocomint freeze  using my mom’s recipe Made 10/9 http://worriesandwisdom.com/2012/10/10/the-dessert-of-all-desserts-chocomint-freeze/

  4. I am almost done compiling my 30 before 30, and I thought I was being SO creative by including a Cirque show. Apparently, I’m not the only blogger pining for some crazy acrobatics 🙂
